Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours after placing it, provided that processing or shipping has not already started.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after fulfillment has started.

For consumers in the Netherlands, the voluntary cancellation and return procedures do not restrict any applicable statutory right of withdrawal or product-conformity rights.

Submitting knowingly false or misleading payment disputes may result in suspension of access to our services.

These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

For consumers residing in the Netherlands, this choice of law does not remove or restrict mandatory consumer protections available under Netherlands or European Union law.
